the title is themeless 50 but with how dubious my numbering system is (like 40, 41, and 47 all do not exist LMAO) it's not *exactly* a milestone (still cool though). this puzzle exists entirely because of the clue for 1-across, which i learned is apparently not the most universal and canonical name for this angle, but it's unambiguously the one i know and the reason i even know of the answer.
in published puzzle news, i have another Lil AVCX midi out today! it's another themeless with some really fun stagger stacks and clue angles that i'm thrilled have an outlet to showcase in. if you're not subscribed to AVCX, work on that.
